Actually the my tips were good, the wait was long but I will return

I actually like the one on Halsted way better then 115th they are beyond rude, and my food was so dry, and burnt was an understatement. Of course I didn’t get home until after they were already close cause I definitely would have taken that garbage they call bbq back. Not that they care but I’ll never go back to this location.

If you enjoy barbecue, this is the place. stop in and try it.

I called in and the lady on the phone was very nice. I waited about 20min + for my order. It was delicious, I haven't had ribbs here in a long time. I'm glad I made the trip so delicious, really really really really really delicious. As Aronld would say I'll be Back 😋😋😋😋

Long wait due to holiday but excellent food.

Always fire! But first timers must know, count on waiting awhile! But it is the BEST

Food is great rib tips are tender and hot links are awesome and service is fast.

I’m only giving them 1 star because I can’t give them a 1/4 of a star! The tips were so burnt and dry they had to be a minimum of 3 days old. I’m really not sure what type of meat they made the links out of, but it certainly wasn’t Grade A USDA meat 🤔. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT ACROSS THEIR THRESHOLD FOR ANYTHING. How they remain in business is a mystery. BTW, the 1/4 star is for the sauce 😏

Sauce and fries were good. The part of the turkey tips that wasn't burnt was good, and i couldn't eat the links because they were burnt almost all the way thru. I wont be ordering from there again. When I called in i was told a 35 minute wait and i got there in 20 and my food was ready but it was cold.

Some times the ribs are good. Most of the time they are tough with an excessive amount of bbq sauce. Not worth it. It’s like a hit or miss.

Well the food very good but I must let you know you will be waiting 30mins til hour for your food real talk .....🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️so call a hour before you come pick your food up .......

Much as I love, Loved I-57 my food was a mess.. Burnt to the point where the meat was completely parched. My tips was tough as leather. The sauce was de-licious! 😥

I don’t know who the cook is in there today but I Thank God for him/her. The food was FRESH and very delicious. I would definitely recommend I57 to tourists. Food was so good I didn’t even notice the fact that I hadn’t drank my juice with my food. Keep up the good work in there.

For the 2nd time in a relatively short period, I've gotten very sick a few hours after eating food from this location. I won't take a chance again.

We called in at 245 on 6/5/2020 we didnt get our order till 530. We had a pretty large or and the ribs were tough limited sauce on some of the orders and too much on others. It was a very bad experience. I understand that it's a difficult time but put out good produce.

I called in my order at 6pm, and was told on the phone a 30 minute wait. Arrived at 6:35pm and was told that they don’t make your order until you get here. Finally 6:50 comes around and my food is not ready. I asked for a refund they couldn’t provide me one. Also when I got home there was barely any food in both my containers. 40$ gone down the drain, I will never return here again

Was good getting worse. Hours are almost nonexistent. Guess they dont need the business.

Took 2 hours from ordering to get a meal and even though I ordered no sauce on the fries the fries came with sauce. And the chicken wings apparently are not grilled but fried.

Good bbq sauce! However the turkey tips are a rip off. Don’t waste your money. They give you a bunch of turkey knuckles with barely any meat. Not worth the money. 🤦🏽‍♀️

EXTREMELY UPSET I called to place an order for pick up and when they picked up after my 5th try (the phone seemed offline) the employee had such an ugly attitude. It was my very first time so I had no clue what was on their menu and when asked what came with my order she tried putting me on hold. Didn’t give me no waiting time and hung up the phone. Their customer service is WACK. Sorry not sorry

I ordered a large (turkey) tip w/link combo for $25.. It Usually come with 2 (turkey) links as I prefer. They gave me (Pork) tips with 80%(fat) and 10% (bone) and 0 links, completely wrong!!? I didn't check the food right away and It was around closing so I waited until next day and stopped by to let them know. The manager said to bring the food back and I did. The manager (female) told me it was nothing she could do and yelled at me as well as talked over me. She saw the (pork) tips/nothing but fat and bones, and I don't eat pork/ fat and bones. I order the same (turkey) tip (w/link) combo every time I go to (I57). I came with (Respect) and wasn't really asking for her to fix it but to just (Acknowledge) this because it wasn't the first time. Now Im not sure if I'll ever spend my money there again or recommend it to anyone. I actually enjoyed their food until this day and hope they get better management at this place.

Born and raised in Chicago. But I live in Mississippi now. But every time I come to Chicago I go get me some Turkey tips.

Hummm? Three stars. Even if it's on auto the services is slow but the food is great. I give it a A for the food and a D minus for the services.

Had to share my amazing experience. Had ordered two Turkey Tip and link dinners around closing time the night before. Got home and the order was wrong, slightly disappointed because I couldn’t eat the meal, I decided to call the next day for a resolution. Without hesitation, the female manger (morning shift, forgot her name), listened to my issues and quickly resolved it. She actually went above and beyond to fix it. I’m very appreciative of my experience and would recommend them 10000%

Certainly a spot worth stopping by, the food is awesome and well prepared, the costs are reasonable and it is consistently clean there. Highly recommended.

When you need saucy fries, this is your place. The ordering set up leaves something to be desired. Don't wait until you're starving because there's always a good wait.Tips and chicken weren't the best. The wings needed seasoning and the tips were tough.

Ribs were tough customer service was horrible not worth it and lines are long food was way over cooked

The chicken was good. The rib tips were just oK. Gave me a lot of hard pieces and they were cut big. No waiting time is horrible . Even if you call it in you have to await extreme amounts of time for your order to be ready.

Food is amazing. I usually order ahead for pick up and it’s always ready when I get there (15- 20 minutes) Customer service is very poor though .

Please Read!! My first experience Here I ordered a turkey tip & link combo. I drove home to notice my link was Nathan’s hot dog skinny and when I bit into it it was black inside. Needless to say, I was upset. Today I decided to try them again after months later I ordered the same thing the tip & link combo. This time I checked before I left and my hot links were burnt and yet again Nathan’s hot dog skinny. I asked the manager or another order which they gladly replaced but then they forgot the sauce so I had to go back for that. For the prices and the wait time for this stuff you’ll think it’ll be right the first time, but no not at all. Don’t waste your time. Take the drive to somewhere else.

I wish I knew how much money this place loses in revenue by placing people on hold for over 5 minutes as soon as they try to call in an order. And that hold music is god awful. This is why people steer away from black businesses. The horrible customer service and taking the cheap way out by not having someone dedicated to taking phone orders. If you're soooooo busy, you can afford it.

Everytime I go it just keeps getting worse. From food quality to wait time and especially customer service. I can’t waste no more money.

The portions are very fair for the price and the food well seasoned. I strongly recommend calling ahead as there seems to be a 40-60 minute average wait for your order. Therefore I'm posting pictures of the entire menu for reference when calling. :)

Good to have a good restaurant in the neighborhood without traveling so far for good food.

This place was fast and courteous! My friend phone the order in first. We made it there maybe a tad bit early. Waited 5 min more, and soon after, we were out the door. The food was very delicious might I add. I've been here but not this location. Needless to say, I will be back. Thank you.

Ribs are very good. Buckets could use less oil in them. Ribs were swimming in it. Could use better time organizational strategies and or more help during busy times. The wait can be long. Window staff ppl could use some back- up during peak times. Could help in presenting a welcoming altitude to customers.

This place never disappoints. They serve awesome dishes for convenient prices, there is no waiting time even when the place is loaded.

It seemed like your typical BBQ joint. So I ordered a tip and link, which is my usual order when ever I come to Chicago. Now I wonder when did they stop cutting up the links, I mean I didn't order a hot dog. Back in the day they sliced the link.The food itself was tasty and no place other than in Chicago do you get fries under your BBQ. Mmm good 😊

My daughter Kathleen Anderson ordered her mom a Turkey hot link waited the allotted time and received a text the order was cancelled and they charge her card and stated she will get a refund in three to seven days. As her mom I was very disappointed and will not support your business in the future

I've been calling for 2 hours to place an order for them to tell me that it's an hour wait on the meat every single time. The ppl that work.there are rude and very unprofessional. For as much money as it cost you would think they would do better.

I order from Uber eats this place always put burn hard rib tips at the bottom and a few soft tips on the top I order cole slaw pay for it a few minutes later they are sold out instead of putting my money back on my debit card they try to take 6.69$ but I lock my card check your worker some are stealing I had a $10 promo my delivery fee was free they took a tip when I put $0. They took $4 anyway this place won't never get my money again rip off a__
