Same experience Great food As a customer I will no tolerate the disrespect. I 57 management needs to take care of this matter or they will lose more than me as a customer

I'm at I-57 now and have been here for over half hour. Was unable to call order in due to not answering phone. Many angry people here about to get my money back and leave.

Good luck with getting your money back you may as well get ready to wait for that order and don't be mean because you have to trust them preparing your meal

Once I waited for 45 minutes I got the ribs they were very overcooked barely any sauce there were no napkins in the bag this was my first time at this place in my last I thought they were going to be way better than they were it's not worth the wait!

They start losing money then they have to look into what going on the food is good but the service is nasty I wont support them if that that way they treat us sorry no way

You are exactly right about that even though the food is good is expensive and the attitudes are bad

I got to restuarant at 1:30pm I left at 3:00. After asking for all the time I was there. They got my order from shelf where there were many bags. Then they give you attitude as if you're asking for something free. It's so ridiculous.

If it's so terrible why go! It's not the good service then it must be the good food. I'm just sayin.....

These people have nasty attitudes...Those cashiers are the worst...they never put all your stuff in the bag..People always screaming support black businesses for what to get disresped....

I can honestly say this place is so unorganized. I physically came up her 2 days ago to order a pan of rib tips paid for them and gave a specific pickup time. When I got up here my food was still not done I am currently still waiting over a hour. Wth

No matter what you're gonna wait, just be prepared...

Phone goes to voicemail not professional yet we wonder why....... Um hmmmmm

As I said before people, it's useless trying to phone a order in sometimes they answer sometimes they don't. It's better just going in and waiting...

This is my first time going and not only did the number not work it was going right to voicemail when you got it in the line was extremely long I waited over 45 minutes for a small rib plate the workers are very rude and unprofessional unorganized😥

They hung up on me when I tried to call, and when I called back they were really rude and disrespectful. Then I was in there forever to get two orders with a long line as well.
